EXACTBENCH / LEGAL

Website terms

Clear boundaries for the website, demonstrations and a possible pilot.

DRAFT REVISION / 27 SEPTEMBER 2026

Draft for launch review. These website terms do not replace a separately agreed pilot or subscription contract.

01 / Operator and scope

This website is operated by Niall Dunne, a sole trader in Sweden trading as Exactbench. These terms describe the permitted use of the website and its content.

Exactbench is being developed for business users working with technical equipment documentation. Access to a pilot or paid product, if agreed, is governed by a separate written agreement. Browsing the site or requesting a conversation does not create a subscription.

02 / Examples and technical information

Content labelled as fictional, illustrative or a design example demonstrates an intended interface or workflow. It is not an actual equipment manual, customer result, performance measurement or maintenance instruction.

Generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the applicable original documentation, equipment model and document edition, and follow your organisation’s procedures and qualified engineering judgement. The website does not authorise anyone to operate, isolate, repair or modify equipment. The calculator applies the formula, units and assumptions shown beside it. Its result is an estimate from the values you enter; it does not identify the cause of a pressure rise, certify equipment integrity or establish a pass/fail limit. Check the units, measurement conditions and applicable test procedure before using a result.

03 / Arranging a demonstration or pilot

A request starts a discussion about your equipment, documentation and questions. Scope, timing, users, any charges, support and evaluation criteria must be agreed before a pilot begins.

Any subscription, renewal, cancellation, liability allocation or service-level commitment must be stated in the applicable written agreement. This website does not promise a fixed pilot duration, an uptime SLA or a particular result.

The form is configured to send demo requests to Exactbench.

04 / Documents you choose to share

Only share documentation you are entitled to provide for the agreed purpose. Agree an appropriate transfer method before sending confidential manuals or personal data. Do not use an initial enquiry to send passwords, access keys or sensitive information.

Ownership of your documentation remains with its owner. Any permission for Exactbench to store, process or transmit customer content, and any confidentiality or data-processing obligations, must be covered by the pilot agreement before processing starts.

05 / Acceptable website use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or misrepresent your identity or authority to act for an organisation.

The Exactbench name, original artwork and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party fonts, software and documentation retain their own licences and rights. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of those materials.

06 / Availability and third-party links

The website may change or be temporarily unavailable. Public information is provided with reasonable care, but should not be treated as a guarantee of completeness, availability or fitness for a particular technical task.

Links to third-party sites are supplied for reference. Those sites are operated by their own providers and their terms and privacy information apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07 / Privacy, changes and governing law

Our privacy notice explains the intended handling of website and enquiry information. The revision date identifies the current website terms; changes to a signed customer agreement follow that agreement’s own process.

Swedish law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes are handled by a competent court under applicable jurisdiction rules.
